At chemfeed.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the Return Authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our designated return center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
